Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan along with his wife Anna Hakobyan and daughters participated in the tree planting organized by the Yerevan Municipality in the area around the Karen Demirchyan Sports Concert Complex. Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Tigran Avinyan also participated in the event with his family. This was reported by the Information and Public Relations Department of the RA Prime Minister’s Office.

It was reported to the Prime Minister that a modern irrigation system was established in the area.

Today’s tree planting is held in the area adjacent to Tsitsernakaberd and in Saralanj, on an area of ​​10 hectares.

Forest plantation is established with the program called Life. Sanitary pruning was carried out and trenches were dug for tree planting. In total, around five thousand trees and three thousand bushes will be planted today.

Dendrologists from all administrative regions were also present at the tree planting. Today, seedlings grown in the Greenhouse Department of Yerevan Municipality “Greening and Environmental Protection” ANC are planted today.
