Arthur Davtyan, a member of the Armenian gymnastics team, and bronze medalist of the Olympic Games became the gold medalist of the World Championship.

The finalists of the pole vault entered the competition at the World Gymnastics Championship in the English city of Liverpool. Artur Davtyan, a member of the Armenian national team, European champion, and bronze medalist of the Olympic Games, having collected 15.000 points, became the champion of the world championship.

Yesterday, Harutyun Merdinyan, a member of the Armenian national team, took third place in the javelin exercise, winning the bronze medal of the World Championship for the second time.
