Toivo Klaar, Designated EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia referred to the meeting  between Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers in Washington.

“Important meeting yesterday between Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers in Washington. Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers in Washington. It is encouraging that Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov are engaged in a substantive process of negotiations for a bilateral peace treaty,” he wrote.
