RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan expressed condolences to Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavushoglu regarding the explosion in Istanbul. “I express my sincere condolences to the families of victims of the deadly explosion in Istanbul and wish a speedy recovery to the injured,” Mirzoyan wrote on Twitter.

It should be noted that the Turkish authorities consider the explosion to be terrorism. The Minister of Internal Affairs of the country said that the person who carried out the bomb and left it on the street, was arrested.  According to the minister, he is connected with the Kurdish Labor Party.
