Toivo Klaar, the EU special representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, announced on his Twitter page that he is arriving in Yerevan, adding that he expects substantive meetings.
The EU special representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia visited Yerevan for the last time on October 29. In Yerevan, he had meetings with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan, Armenia’s special representative in the Armenia-Turkey settlement process, Ruben Rubinyan.
And on November 25, Toivo Klaar met President Ilham Aliyev in Azerbaijan.
