The special representative of the European Union, Toivo Klaar, is leaving for Istanbul from Yerevan.  Klaar wrote about this on Twitter, without specifying what meetings he will have in Turkey.

The EU official was received in Yerevan yesterday by the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister.  Armenian officials discussed with Klaar the peace treaty, the latest developments around Nagorno-Karabakh, the rights and security of the Armenians of Artsakh.

The special representative described his meetings in Yerevan as substantive.
