US congressman Frank Pallone and his colleagues appealed to the country’s president, Joe Biden, urging him to ensure the safety of the people of Artsakh.

“Joined my colleagues on a letter to President Biden urging him to take action to ensure the safety of the people of Artsakh after Azerbaijan has imposed a blockade of the Lachin Corridor, the only road connecting Nagorno Karabakh to Armenia, endangering thousands,” Pallone wrote in his on the Twitter page.

It should be reminded that about three dozen congressmen led by US Congressman Adam Schiff sent a letter to US President Joe Biden, calling on him to take decisive steps to ensure the safety of the Armenian population of Artsakh. The congressmen noted that if such a situation continues, a humanitarian disaster will become inevitable.
