On December 20, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, called a meeting with the participation of the leaders of the republic’s power structures.

Questions related to ensuring the country’s security in the new reality created as a result of the blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan were discussed.

Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia Vitaliy Balasanyan and State Minister, Head of the Operational Staff Ruben Vardanyan took part in the consultation.
