Due to the blocking by Azerbaijan of the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia, three patients receiving treatment at the “Republican Medical Center” CJSC of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia: “Pulmonary hemorrhage, arteriovenous malformation”, “Metastatic lesion of the pleura, left-sided hydrothorax, lung abscess”, and “Choledocholithiasis.  Diagnosed with “liver failure”, they have been in serious condition for days under the supervision of local doctors.

Artsakh Ministry of Health informs that the patients were transferred to various specialized medical centers of Armenia with the mediation and accompaniment of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
