1lurer.am Armenia should shake the hand of peace reached by the presidents of Turkey and Azerbaijan. Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said that in an interview with Milliyet newspaper.

“There is no point in having some illusions under the influence of others. We call on Armenia to seize this opportunity,” he said.

Akar said that the so-called “Zangezur Corridor”, railways and roads passing through could be very valuable for the region in terms of economic, social life, and security.

Noting that Azerbaijan is not alone, the minister said: “Our brotherhood with dear friend Azerbaijan will continue as one fist and one heart.”
