The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh, Sergey Ghazaryan, was on a working visit to the Russian Federation on February 12-16. During the visit, the head of Artsakh’s foreign department had meetings with public, political, expert circles and representatives of the Armenian community.
