RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met in New Delhi.  Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, announced this on her Telegram channel.

 “Sergey Lavrov met the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and outlined the direction of the negotiations,” Zakharova wrote.
