"Theoretically, it is possible that after 2025 the presence of peacekeepers will not be withheld. Yes, if all the guarantees for the rights and security of the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh are provided. Those guarantees should not only be created but also tested in real life. Russian peacekeepers cannot leave without the approval of such guarantees. Azerbaijan's desire that Russian peacekeepers leave Nagorno-Karabakh in 5 years cannot be illegitimate. International mechanisms will find ways to deploy peacekeepers there," added Pashinyan.
