In the coming days Azerbaijan will bring legal proceedings to hold Armenia to account for systematic violations of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD). This was stated by the spokesperson of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Leyla Abdullayeva.
