The information spread by the Azerbaijani media that units of the Defence Army allegedly opened fire from a car at Azerbaijani positions does not correspond to reality, the Artsakh Defence Army reports. 

 

“From positions adjacent to the settlement of Karmir Shuka in the Martuni district, Azerbaijani servicemen opened indiscriminate fire on the village, as a result of which a car belonging to a civilian parked next to a kindergarten caught fire.

 

In connection with the incident, relevant information was provided to the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent,” the statement reads.
