The session of the border demarcation and border security commissions started in Moscow under the leadership of Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev.

This is the second meeting between Armenia and Azerbaijan on border demarcation. The first meeting took place on May 24 at the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.
