The French Embassy has responded to the request of haqqin.az about the motives and reasons of the French Ambassador to Azerbaijan Zacharie Gross to refuse the invitation of the Azerbaijani government to visit Shushi together with the diplomatic missions accredited in Baku.

“The embassy doesn′t comment on the ambassador’s schedule,” the official letter of the French Embassy says.

Thus, the French diplomats explained the absence of their ambassador in Shushi by the ambassador’s schedule.

The US Embassy also commented on the refusal of the ambassador from the invitation of the Azerbaijani government to visit Shushi.
