The National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia reports that on August 25, at about 23: 00, the Azerbaijani side blocked the Karmrakar-Shurnukh section of the Kapan-Goris interstate road. Cars were evacuated from that section of the road. Work is underway to restore the normal operation of the movement of people and vehicles.
