In his speech at the 76th session of the UN General Assembly Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev once again stated that Azerbaijan has settled the Artsakh conflict through military and political means and “restored its territorial integrity and historical justice.”

He again said that, allegedly, the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is in the past, Azerbaijani media report.

“There is no longer an administrative-territorial unit called Nagorno-Karabakh in Azerbaijan,” he said.
