He noted that talking to neighbors is one thing, ensuring the security of the country is another.
“There is a need to conduct a huge diplomatic work and we should do it. At all the platforms available to us, we continue to show that Azerbaijan has committed war crimes against Armenia and Artsakh, and if we are well organized and consistent, we can raise the issue of responsibility in international, criminal instances,” Marukyan said.
