On November 12, the Foreign Ministers of Russia and France and the heads of defense departments will hold a bilateral meeting in Paris as part of the international conference on Libya.

The Ministers will also discuss the work of France and Russia to resolve the crisis between Armenia and Azerbaijan within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group.
