Yerevan continues contacts with Moscow on the situation on the border with Azerbaijan, including efforts to return POWs, Armenian Ambassador to Russia Vardan Toghanyan told RIA Novosti.

“Negotiations are underway. We are talking about that issue,” the Ambassador said this, answering the question of whether Yerevan raises the issue of the return of Armenian citizens captured during the last border incident in contacts with Moscow.
