Moscow calls on Armenia and Azerbaijan to show restraint, prevent new incidents and resolve all disputes through diplomatic means, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said, RIA Novosty reports.

“We call on both sides (Azerbaijan and Armenia -ed.) to show restraint, prevent new incidents and resolve all disputes exclusively through political, diplomatic means. Moscow is ready to continue to assist the parties in the interests of preserving peace and stability in the region,” Zakharova said.
