Putin considers it positive that there are no large-scale hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh, although there are individual incidents, TASS reports.

“Much has been done over the past year to resolve the situation in Karabakh, but, unfortunately, not all issues have been resolved,” Vladimir Putin said.

Putin expressed hope that in the near future it will be possible to make decisions on unblocking transport communications in Nagorno-Karabakh.
