We do not agree with the opinion of the President of Azerbaijan that all the points of the trilateral statement have been fulfilled, except for unblocking communications. Nikol Pashinyan

“We don’t agree with the Azerbaijani President’s opinion that all the points of the trilateral statement from November 9, 2020 have been fulfilled, except for unblocking communications,” Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said during the trilateral meeting with the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in Sochi.

“We have repeatedly discussed this with you that there is also the problem of POWs and other detainees, and this is a very important humanitarian issue,” Pashinyan said.

He also stressed that the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict should take place within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group. “Armenia is ready to start negotiations on the demarcation and delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border,” Pashinyan added.
