On December 22, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held a telephone conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia reports.

 

A wide range of issues related to the implementation of the agreement reached in Sochi on November 26 were discussed.

 

The importance of de֊escalation of the situation and steps aimed at increasing the level of stability and security on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, the formation of mechanisms for the delimitation and demarcation of the border was noted.
