Pashinyan and Putin discussed the need to continue efforts along the lines of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs

Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan at the Armenian side’s initiative, Kremlin press service reports.

The discussion focused on practical aspects of implementing the agreements outlined in the trilateral statements by the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia of November 9, 2020, January 11 and November 26, 2021, including with regard to the delimitation and demarcation of the Armenia-Azerbaijan border. Both sides noted the need to continue efforts along the lines of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs (Russia, the United States and France).

The President of Russia informed Nikol Pashinyan, at his request, on the course of talks with the United States and its allies on security guarantees for the Russian Federation.
