An explosion occurred after a fire broke out in one of the buildings in Stepanakert, Hunan Tadevosyan, spokesperson of the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.

The State Service of Emergency Situations of the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs informs that a fire broke out in the workshop of oxygen equipment at 20 Tigran Mets Street in Stepanakert, as a result of which high-pressure containers exploded. Firefighters carried out partial isolation.
