On the occasion of the Independence Day of Artsakh, the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, issued a congratulatory message.

“Dear citizens of Artsakh,
I congratulate you on Independence Day. Artsakh Armenians have repeatedly proven that even in seemingly hopeless situations, they are able to unite their forces, concentrate and have historic victories.

Today, as 31 years ago, we must do everything possible and impossible to protect the independence of Artsakh,” the message reads.
