On October 15, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with the delegation led by Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan, RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“The interlocutors exchanged ideas on the security situation in the region. Ararat Mirzoyan presented in detail the developments of the ongoing discussions on the settlement of relations with Azerbaijan and the prospects for the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh problem,” the department’s statement said.
According to the Ministry, the delegation included Artsakh NA Speaker Arthur Tovmasyan, Artsakh Foreign Minister Davit Babayan and other officials.
