On November 4, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, signed a decree on the dismissal of Artak Beglaryan from the post of State Minister. This was reported by the Office of the President of Artsakh.

Ruben Vardanyan was appointed State Minister instead.
