Azerbaijanis shot at a tractor driver carrying out work in the village of Khramort. This is reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh.
“On November 5, the Askeran regional department of the police received information that around 12:30, Stepanakert resident K. Martirosyan (born in 1969) was carrying out work in the area called “100 hectares” owned by M. Arakelyan in the administrative area of Khramort village with a “Belarus” tractor.
The windshield of the tractor and the steering control panel were broken by the shots fired. The data was transferred to the Russian peacekeeping troops,” the message stated.
