On Nov 22, for the second time during the day, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan spread disinformation that from 09:17 am to 14:48pm, the units of the Defense Army violated the ceasefire in different directions and opened fire at the Azerbaijani military positions, Artsakh Defense Army reports.
