A tripartite meeting of the leaders of Armenia, Russia, and Azerbaijan is not planned in St. Petersburg within the framework of the unofficial CIS summit. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told “Interfax” about this.
“They (the President of Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Armenia – ed.) will be in St. Petersburg, but a meeting of the three is not planned,” Peskov noted.
It should be reminded that earlier, Peskov announced that the coordination of the tripartite meeting of the heads of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan is ongoing, but they can at least speak informally within the framework of the unofficial summit of the leaders of the CIS countries.
