“Azerbaijan acts in total impunity, ignoring the statements of intl organizations and states. In this situation, the only realistic step is the application of sanctions against Azerbaijan. Intl actors must decide whether the lives of starving people are important or economic or other interests,” Artsakh Human Rights Defender Gegham Stepanyan wrote on Twitter.
