Due to the blocking by Azerbaijan of the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia, three patients who were under the supervision of doctors for days were transferred to different specialized medical centers of Armenia with the mediation and accompaniment of the International Committee of the Red Cross. This is reported by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh.

According to the report, one of the transferred patients is a 2-month-old child with “Down’s syndrome”, and the other two are adult patients with the diagnoses of “Cyst of the right shoulder joint complicated by infection” and “Acute leukemia”.
