Artsakh Human Rights Defender Gegham Stepanyan made a post on Twitter commenting the current situation with Azerbaijan.

“Many calls were made also during the 44-day war, but this did not prevent the war crimes committed by Azerbaijan. Dictatorial Azerbaijan is not the country that should be called upon, the dictatorship and Aliyev’s criminal regime must be punished. Full stop,” he wrote.
