Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan expressed his condolences to the families of those who died in Turkey and Syria as a result of the strong earthquake.

 “I am saddened by the news of the devastating earthquake that took place in Turkey and Syria, which led to the loss of many human lives.

We express our deepest condolences to the families of the victims, and we wish the injured a speedy recovery.  Armenia is ready to help,” Prime Minister Pashinyan wrote on his Twitter page.

It should be reminded that there was a powerful earthquake at night in Turkey, not far from the Syrian border.  Destruction has taken place in many cities of Turkey and Syria.  There are many victims and wounded.
