azatutyun.am: An appeal was filed today against the court’s decision to detain the head of “Izmirlian” medical center Armen Charchyan, lawyer Eric Alexanyan informs.

Last night, the Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan upheld the motion of the Special Investigation Service to detain Armen Charchyan. After the court decision, the lawyer announced that they considered it illegal and were going to appeal.

It should be reminded that Charchyan is accused of forcing people to participate in the snap parliamentary elections.
