Baku will continue to fail the attempts of the OSCE Minsk Group to deal with the Karabakh conflict. Ilham Aliyev
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, answering questions from the media, claimed that Baku will continue to "undermine the attempts of the OSCE Minsk Group to deal with the Karabakh conflict."
"I don’t know what the OSCE Minsk Group is doing. I can only tell what they shouldn't be doing. They shouldn’t deal with the Karabakh conflict, because it has been solved. We solved it instead of them. Azerbaijan will fail the attempts of the OSCE Minsk Group to deal with the Karabakh conflict.
We’ve been a party to this conflict. If one of the parties says that the conflict has been resolved, then there is no place for mediation. As far as I know, there is no unity between the co-chairs as before. They have different views on the past conflict and the current situation," Aliyev said.
