We are convinced that issues related to strengthening of the Republic of Artsakh will hold a specific place among your priorities. President of Artsakh sent a congratulatory message to the President elect of Armenia
On March 3, President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan sent a congratulatory message to the President elect of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan.
The message reads as follows:
"Honorable Mr. Khachaturyan,
On behalf of the people and authorities of Artsakh and on my own behalf I congratulate you on your election as President of the Republic of Armenia.
May your rich experience, knowledge and skills greatly contribute to the successful and effective implementation of your responsibilities in this high and responsible position, consistently strengthening and developing the Armenian statehood, leading the Armenian people to a reliable and bright future.
We are convinced that issues related to cementing the Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora trinity, strengthening of the Republic of Artsakh, and the protection of the rights and interests of the people of Artsakh will hold a specific place among your priorities.
Once again I congratulate you, honorable Mr. President, and wish you robust health, success and all the best."
