"Do these proposals look like step-by-step option?". Serzh Sargsyan's office published a document

These are the first three paragraphs of the document of proposals presented by the OSCE Minsk Group in August 2016 to the parties negotiating the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the office of the third president of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has issued a statement.

"Do these proposals look like the step-by-step option?

The question is aimed at people who read and perceive what is written clearly and not to those, who are aware of all this, but are deliberately falsifying the negotiation process.

You can't distort history," the statement reads.
