On his Facebook page, Artsakh State Minister Artak Beglaryan referred to the Azerbaijani aggression of the last days.

"During the recent Azerbaijani aggression, our servicemen have repeatedly resisted Azerbaijani attacks and provocations. Unfortunately, we had 2 casualties and 19 wounded, mainly from UAV strikes. I express my deepest condolences to the relatives of Gurgen Gabrielyan and Artur Khachatryan, and I wish the injured a speedy recovery.

These cases once again proved:

1. The spirit of resistance of the people of Artsakh is not broken, and we are ready and capable of self-defense.

2. Azerbaijan continues the policy of Armenian hatred and war, excluding the existence of the Armenian nation at least in Artsakh, and in the future also in Armenia.

3. International military-political guarantees and mechanisms, especially in the conditions of this fragile world order, do not fully ensure the stable security of the people of Artsakh, and we are forced and obliged to continuously improve the level of our strategic resistance.

4. Under the conditions of Azerbaijan's anti-Armenian policy, the end of the conflict is not in the near future, and Baku will try to improve its military and political positions in the region little by little through regular provocations, violations of law, and various pressures and achieve the depopulation of Artsakh. For this purpose, Azerbaijan uses various measures, including:

A) use of force and threat of force,
B) continuous improvement of own military capabilities,
C) Turkey's involvement in regional relations with its own agenda issues,
D) deepening isolation of Artsakh,
E) strengthening the role of Azerbaijan in the region and in the world and promoting Azerbaijani theses and interests with false information flows,
F) inciting and promoting division between different sections of the Armenian people,
E) instilling a sense of helplessness and hopelessness among Armenians (primarily Artsakh Armenians),
H) deteriorating and obstructing important conditions for living in Artsakh,
T) limiting the leverage and opportunities of the Russian peacekeeping forces and Russia in general in the region and discrediting them, especially among Armenians.

5. Since Artsakh is of exceptional importance for Armenia and the entire Armenian people, and considering the above-mentioned threats, our only solution is to continuously and rapidly increase the level of strategic resistance of Artsakh and Armenia, especially in the following areas:

A) stable security,
B) growing demographics,
C) developing economy,
D) quality education,
E) effective management,
F) national ideology,
E) pragmatic international relations.

6. In order to achieve all this, we need to ensure a stable and practical national unity around the development and strengthening of the Armenian future of Artsakh and Armenian statehood.

7. If we lose Artsakh, we will almost turn the last page of Armenian history.
