Stickers with photos of tortured and dismembered bodies of Armenian servicemen and civilians were created in the Azerbaijani domain of "Telegram". We recorded 119 of them that had more than 20,000 downloads in 5 days, former Human Rights Defender of Armenia Arman Tatoyan reports.
"With the efforts of a specialist supporting us, Telegram banned it, but it is obvious that this new tool will be used to terrorize and mock the Armenian society.
This criminal act is another proof that the Armenian-hatred policy sponsored by the Azerbaijani authorities for decades is deeply rooted in the Azerbaijani society and the calls for peace by the Azerbaijani authorities are just a veil for the eyes of the international community, with which they hide their true intentions," Tatoyan states.
