On the commemoration day of the beginning of the tragic events of 2020, we mourn together with the Armenian people with the families of the victims and wish recovery to the wounded. This is stated in the message of the Russian Embassy in Armenia.
"Russia has taken and will continue to take all the necessary steps for the full implementation of the tripartite agreements reached between the leaders of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan in 2020 and 2021.
We are sure that all controversial issues between the parties can and should be resolved exclusively through political and diplomatic means," the message reads.
