 France will send a delegation to Armenia to assess the consequences of Azerbaijan's aggression.  French Defense Minister Sébastien Lecornu announced this, noting that he met with RA Defense Minister Suren Papikyan.  

”We discussed the situation on the border with Azerbaijan.  The military operations must be stopped, and the Azerbaijani forces must return to their original positions."
