Lavrov stated that the CIS countries are not safe from US interference in their internal affairs, which is "clearly visible in the South Caucasus"

No CIS country is safe from Washington's attempts to interfere in its internal affairs. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov made such a statement during the 18th meeting on the intelligence activities of the heads of security bodies and intelligence services of the CIS member states, TASS writes.

"The irresponsible line of the West in the Eurasian territory is not limited to Ukraine. We remember how two years ago there was an attempt to implement the "color revolution scenario" in Belarus," Lavrov said.

He noted that no CIS country is safe from such intervention. According to Lavrov, this is clearly seen in the actions of the USA, NATO, and the EU in Central Asia and the South Caucasus. The Russian official did not clarify what actions those are.
