The RA government has updated the mortgage program for displaced citizens from regions of Artsakh

The RA government has updated the mortgage program for displaced citizens from regions of Artsakh.

Accordingly, in the case of purchasing residential real estate with a mortgage in a border settlement, support will be provided for the monthly repayment of the loan principal up to 14 million drams, and for the repayment of interest payments up to 13%, up to 11.085 million AMD in total,
 
in the case of building an individual residential house in a border settlement, support will be provided for the monthly payment of the mortgage principal up to 16 million AMD, and for the repayment of interest - up to 13%, up to 12.668 million AMD in total.
 
In order to buy a house in the border community, an Artsakh citizen will pay only 1 percent down payment. Within the scope of the implemented changes, the amount charged for the registration of the ownership right to the purchased or constructed real estate will also be subsidized.
