Head of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the occasion of the upcoming New Year and Christmas holidays. This was reported by the Information and Public Relations Department of the RA Prime Minister’s Office.

The message says:

“Dear Nikol,

Accept sincere congratulations on the New Year 2023 and Christmas.

In the past year, relations between Russia and Armenia, based on the principles of friendship, partnership, and alliance, continued to develop dynamically. Cooperation in the trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres has been expanded, and integration cooperation within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union has been strengthened.

I am sure that joint efforts at the level of government will contribute to the strengthening of bilateral cooperation in various fields, and will create favorable conditions for the launch of new large joint projects. It fully corresponds to the long-term interests of Russia and Armenia.

I wish you good health, happiness and well-being, and peace and prosperity to all Armenian people.”
