In Azerbaijan, the spokesperson of the US State Department, Ned Price, was literally accused of lying.

As the Azerbaijani mass media reports, Ayhan Hajizadeh, the head of the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, responded to the statement of the representative of the US State Department, Ned Price, about the need to lift the blockade of the Lachin Corridor.

"Dear representative of the State Department, the movement of more than 1,000 vehicles transporting goods to the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan proves the opposite of what you said. It would be appropriate to call on the Armenian side to fulfill its obligations and put an end to the illegal activities," Hajizadeh's Twitter post was quoted by mass media.

It should be reminded that the spokesperson of the US State Department, Ned Price, announced that the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in Nagorno Karabakh is the focus of attention not only of the Secretary of State but also of other employees of this building.

"We call for the full restoration of free movement along the corridor, including for commercial and private traffic. We believe that it is necessary to find a solution to this impasse that will ensure the safety and well-being of the population living here," Price said.
